Purpose
Board Sovereignty is committed to a workplace and client environment rooted in diversity, equity, inclusion, and mutual respect. As a global AI governance product company, we believe diverse perspectives strengthen our decisions, our products, and the outcomes our customers achieve.Scope
This Policy applies to all employees, officers, directors, contractors, facilitators, resellers, distributors, and partners acting on behalf of Board Sovereignty (“Team Members”). It governs how we build our products and educational programs, how we collaborate, and how we engage with customers and the public sector.1) Core Commitment
We provide equal opportunity in recruitment, hiring, advancement, development, compensation, and product delivery. We do not tolerate discrimination or harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, military or veteran status, marital status, pregnancy, or any other status protected by law. We strive to ensure a culture in which every Team Member can contribute and be heard.
2) What We Mean by DEI
Diversity recognizes the many ways people differ (identity, background, experience, and thought).
Equity seeks fair treatment and access by recognizing and addressing barriers to participation and growth.
Inclusion means creating a climate of psychological safety where contributions are respected and integrated into decisions.
3) How DEI Applies to Our Operations
A. Hiring & Talent
We pursue inclusive sourcing to build diverse candidate pools, especially for technical and leadership roles.
Employment decisions are based on qualifications, merit, and role requirements.
We provide fair, consistent processes for development and advancement.
B. Culture & Conduct
Zero tolerance for harassment or discrimination—among colleagues, with customers, suppliers, or in public settings.
We support reasonable accommodations for disabilities and individual needs, and aim to make our digital properties accessible (striving toward recognized accessibility standards).
We encourage open, respectful dialogue and speak‑up culture.
C. Products, Education & GRC Context
We embed DEI principles in the design and content of our products (e.g., Boardroom AI Advisor prompts, Masterclass curricula) to help customers identify and mitigate bias in AI governance.
Our public‑sector and cross‑border programs are delivered with cultural and legal awareness and a commitment to non‑discrimination in all jurisdictions in which we operate.
D. Partners & Suppliers
We expect channel partners, resellers, and suppliers to uphold equivalent DEI standards.
Material partners may be asked to acknowledge a Supplier/Partner Code and cooperate in a good‑faith review of concerns.
4) Oversight, Training & Improvement
Ownership: The CEO delegates day‑to‑day oversight to the Head of People & Ethics (or designee), who reports progress to leadership and, when appropriate, the Board.
Training: All Team Members complete annual anti‑harassment and inclusion training; managers receive role‑specific training on inclusive leadership and recruiting.
Review: We review this Policy at least annually, assess initiatives, and adjust based on feedback and business needs.
5) Reporting Concerns (No Retaliation)
If you experience or witness discrimination, harassment, or any DEI‑related concern, report it to your manager. We prohibit retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith or participates in an investigation. Reports are handled promptly, fairly, and confidentially to the extent possible.
6) Privacy & Contact
For DEI or privacy questions, contact privacy@boardsovereignty.com. Personal data collected in connection with a report is handled per our Privacy Policy and applicable law.
